H∞ robust controller design of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor based on LMI

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the model parameter uncertainties and external disturbance for permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM)servo control,as well as guaranteed robust stability and robust performance of the closedloop control system,and the H∞ robust controller was designed based on state feedback in the speedloop and currentloop. The H∞ robust standard design problem was translated to an optimization solution of the linear matrix inequality(LMI) by building the state spacemodel of the servo system,then the optimization H∞ robust controller was solved with Matlab LMI tools.The results indicate that the controller can satisfy strong robustness for model parameter uncertainties and restraint disturbance.
