Abstract: Aiming at economic losses caused by metal corrosion in industrial production, the process of multi-particles' continue impact toward the target board was simulated, the removal mechanism was analyzed and researched by setting up the model of multi-particles' corrosion for target board regarding to the abrasive water jet cleaning technology based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA. A method was presented to abrasive water jet cleaning technology. The impact parameter's influence on the ablation process was researched by simulating different kinds of examples and comparing the results. The results indicate that the remove rate of the target increases along with the times of impact and the remove rate becomes stable after impacting for a certain number of times. The corrosion depth increases and corrosion area decreases along with the increase of angle of approach. Moreover, both corrosion depth and corrosion volume increases along with the increase of particle diameter.
