Abstract: Aiming at the multiphysics fields coupling problems of motors, the study on the data mapping between different physical fields was carried out. The accuracy of the radial basis function (RBF) interpolation algorithm was verified by samples of designed functions, but this algorithm could not be directly used due to the largescale matrix inversion process. Based on the RBF interpolation mapping algorithm, an improved load transfer algorithm was proposed, which replaced the largescale matrix inversion process with several smallscale matrices inversion processes. The mutual transfer of electromagnetic loss and temperature in different physical fields were realized and the accuracy of the proposed method was verified by comparing with the results of matching mesh. The results indicate that the proposed method has high transmission accuracy and can satisfy the requirement of solving coupling problems.
