Abstract: Aiming at the problem of parking difficulties in the old urban residential district, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing stereo parking garage were analyzed. A threefloors and ninespaces small columntype stereo parking garage with two power sources was designed. The working principle for the nonavoidance transport vehicle of the stereo parking garage was analyzed. The hardware platform of the control system based on STM32F103 single chip microcomputer (SCM) was constructed. The subroutine flow such as initialization, interruption and transport vehicle were determined. The optimal path algorithm with the minimum time and shortest path as the optimization target was designed. The prototype of the stereo parking garage with a scale of 1∶16 was developed. The experimental results of the prototype indicate that the structural design scheme of the stereo parking garage is feasible and the system runs stably. The optimal path algorithm is effective, which can achieve the purpose of fast transport vehicle and energy consumption reduction.
