基于吸附催化技术的室内有害气体清除装置研制*

摘要:为了消除挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)对人们身体健康的危害,提出了基于吸附催化技术清除室内VOCs气体的新装置,该装置通过吸附转轮的不断旋转,使VOCs气体大量吸附在转轮上;通过加热使转轮上有害气体脱附,并进行催化燃烧处理,整个过程由控制器通过离散PID控制算法进行实时调节。实际应用表明,该装置能有效清除有害气体,净化空气效果良好。

Research of VOCs clearance device based on adsorption catalysis techniques

Abstract: In order to eliminate the damage of volatile organic compound (VOCs) to our health, a VOCs clearance device based on adsorption catalysis techniques was designed. VOCs gasses were greatly adsorbed by the rotating adsorption rotary of the device ; VOCs gasses were desorbed by heat and handled by catalytic combustion. The whole process was tuned by controllers, using the discrete PID control algorithm. The practical application shows that equipment functions is well in working, and can effectively eliminate harmful gasses as well as clean the air.
