基于最优小波包分析的肌电信号消噪*

摘要:为了清除表面肌电信号(SEMG)夹杂的生理噪声,提出了一种基于最优小波包分析的消噪处理方法。该方法以受试者做内旋动作,采自尺侧腕屈肌的SEMG信号为例,基于symlet5小波函数,分别采用小波方法、小波包方法和最优小波包方法进行了消噪处理。分析比较结果表明,该消噪处理方法能更有效地去除肌电信号中的噪声。

SEMG denoising based on the best wavelet packet analysis

Abstract: A denoise method based on best wavelet packet analysis was presented to remove surface electromyography (SEMG)noise. The method took the flexor carpi ulnaris SEMG signal which was collected from the rotarying movements as an example. Wavelet packet method and the best wavelet packet analysis based on symlet5 function were examined to cancel SEMG noise. Compared with the other analysis methods, the results show that the method based on the best wavelet packet analysis can be more effective in the denoising SEMG noise.
