永磁同步电机双向检测启动控制的研究

摘要:针对永磁同步电机(PMSM)启动控制的设计与实现过程,以数字信号处理芯片TMS320LF2812为核心控制单元,采用霍尔传感器与增量式光电编码器等位置反馈元件,提出了通过粗测与双向精准检测来测量确定启动位置的方法。用该方法控制启动电流,可以避免过流或欠流等问题。最后,利用Matlab建立了模型,通过仿真验证了该方法的应用对启动电流等方面的控制优点。试验表明,该方法能实现对电机转子启动位置的精确控制。

Bi-directional detection control of the initial position for PMSM

Abstract: Aiming at the start-up design and implementation process of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM), the DSP TMS320LF2812 was used as the core control unit. Such as Hall sensors and incremental optical-electrical encoder were used as position feedback devices. The bi-directional detection through rough measurement and precision measurement to determine the start position was proposed. The starting current was controlled, and the troubles were avoided, such as overflowing, less flow and so on.At the last, the relevant Matlab model was built. The merits of controlling the starting current with the application of this method were validated by simulation. The test results indicate that the system can realize comparatively precise position control of the motor.
