塑料压力管道多角度热熔焊机液压系统*

摘要:通过对塑料压力管道多角度热熔焊机的基本构成及工作原理的研究,设计出了一基于比例控制的液压系统,使焊接过程的运动用液压控制进行连贯,重点探讨了该液压系统的设计过程与方法,完成了用一个比例阀控制多个液压缸的顺序运动,并把一些机械传动与控制改用液压来代替。与工控机相结合,实现了焊接过程液压传动控制的自动化,提高了工效和焊接质量。试验结果表明,该系统在液压方面能满足焊接过程的自动化,并简化了机械结构。

Hydraulic system of butt fusion angle welder for plastics pipe

Abstract: According to do the task of butt fusion angle weld for plastics pipe, a hydraulic system based on proportional control was developed through analyzing weld theory and welder structure. To solving the automatization of butt fusion welder, hydraulic control system was designed for all weld action. The hydraulic structure and design method were described. Some movement of hydraulic cylinder were switched continuously through one proportioning valve. Some function of mechanical drive was replaced by the bydraulic system. The automatic welding and full automatic data processing were realized by the welder. Experiment results validate that the automatization are realized and performances of weld are improved. The mechanical construction are optimized.
