电动轿车车身轻量化优化设计

摘要:由于燃料电池汽车的特殊性,使得整车结构设计和总布置存在很多困难,而且对整车质量的要求较传统汽车大大提高。为解决上述问题,结合某燃料电池轿车车身的具体情况,在验证和指出原本的性能和问题的基础上对车身修改件进行了优化分析和设计。在优化软件的协助下,确定了优化变量、约束和目标,分析了弯曲和扭转情况下优化变量的灵敏度,校核了优化后的刚、强度和模态。结果表明,新改制件在轻量化的同时,各项性能都较原件有了很大的改善。

Lightweight optimization design of electric car body

Abstract: As fuelcellvehicles are unique, there are many difficulties in the structure design of vehicle and layout of the total. And the quality of vehicle is greatly increased than the traditional car. In order to solve the problems mentioned above, the design of the bodys restructuringparts was analyzed and optimizated after the problem and performance of the old car were verified and pointed out, combined with the specific circumstances of a fuelcellcars body. With the help of the optimization software, optimization variables, constraints and targets were determined, the sensitivity of optimization variables under bending and torsion conditions was analyzed, and the optimized stiffness, strength, modal were checked. The results show that, the restructuringparts are lightweight and their performance is improved than original.
