轴瓦半径高度及对边平行度自动检测系统

摘要:针对目前国内轴瓦半径高度及对边平行度检测存在的问题,在借鉴国外产品的基础上,为实现轴瓦的半径高度及对边平行度特殊几何量的测量,重新设计了一台自动检测机械系统。阐述了轴瓦半径高度及对边平行度自动检测装置的总体设计,设计并分析了机械的主要机构—自动进出料机构、自动检测机构及液压驱动机构,实现了对轴瓦半径高度及对边平行度进行自动检测。试验结果表明,这种轴瓦的半径高度及对边平行度自动检测装备机械系统的结构是合理的,能够满足检测要求。

Automatic measurement system on the axis wall height and opposite side parallelism

Abstract: Aiming at the problem in bushing bearing height and opposite side parallelism measurement in domestic and foreign companies presently, in order to realize the measurement of the special geometric volume of bushing bearing height and opposite side parallelism, a new automatic measurement system for bushing bearing was designed. The automatic measurement system of bushing bearing height and opposite side parallelism was introduced. The main mechanisms including the automatic separating/feeding stuff mechanism, the automatic measurement mechanism, and the pressure drive mechanism were designed and analyzed in details. The aim of automatic measurement was achieved. The results indicate that this kind of the automatic measurement mechanical system of bushing bearing height and opposite side parallelism is reasonable, and it is able to meet the measurement requirements.
