焓差实验台远程测控系统开发

摘要:为了实现空调器与热泵机组等系统的远程检测,以焓差法空调性能测试装置为核心,开发了一个可对多种制冷空调设备进行实时在线监测的远程测控系统。该系统结合网络监控技术,与B/S技术有机结合,解决了测试系统分散与远程监测等问题,实现了集检测、网络通讯、测试于一体的功能。在共享硬件资源的条件下,该学院可远程完成对房间空调器、风机盘管、热泵热水器机组、冰箱制冷器具等制冷空调设备的多项性能测试实验。试验结果表明,该系统可实现不同制冷设备在不同的工况下,远程监控的稳定运行。

Development of remote measurement and control system for enthalpydifference testbed

Abstract: In order to achieve remote measurement and control of airconditioning, heater pump system etc., an online remote measurement and control system was developed. This system was designed based on enthalpydifference testbed, and it was used to carry up multifunction performance test for cooling systems. B/S and Web technology were combined with the system. The problem of decentralization system and the remote data observation were solved, and the functions of detection, network communications, multiitem tests were realized. Based on resources of the enthalpydifference testbed, the system was used to multiple choice experiment for airconditions, heater pump, refrigerator, fan coil units, and so on. The research results show that the system achieves a stable operation of remote monitoring for refrigeration equipment in different conditions.
