基于虚拟仪器的底盘集中润滑装置主油路压力检测系统*

摘要:为了精确检测车辆底盘自动集中润滑系统工作性能参数,研发了基于虚拟仪器的集中润滑装置主油路压力检测系统,该压力检测系统主要由压力和温度传感器、信号调理器、数据采集卡和计算机等硬件组成;并应用LabVIEW开发了系统检测平台;实现了润滑系统工作时主油路的动态压力波形采集与显示。实践结果证明,该检测系统具有较高的测量精度和良好的实用性。

Main line pressure detection system of centralized grease lubrication
equipment for vehicle chassis based on virtual instrument

Abstract: In order to detect the performance parameters of centralized grease lubrication system for vehicle chassis accurately, the main line pressure detection system based on virtual instrument was developed. Its hardware was composed of pressure and temperature sensors, signal adjuster, data acquisition card and personal computer. Its software was programmed by means of the graphics language LabVIEW. The acquisition and display of pressure signals and the realtime presure wave were realized. The result shows that this dection system could improve measure precision and effectiveness.
