基于PLC控制的电动水阀安全检测系统

摘要:针对家用和类似用途电动水阀类产品,以相关的国际和国家标准为研究依据,以节约试验用资源和热能为目的,基于气压-水压联合控制技术和电工电子技术,采用了温度闭式水循环和二级压力容器的设计方案,实现了水压水温可编程、系统压力动态稳定的电动水阀安全检测系统的研制与开发。研究结果表明,该检测系统能精确可靠地完成电动水阀类产品的安全性检测。

Safety testing system for electrically operated water valves based on PLC

Abstract: Aiming at electrically operated water valves for household and similar use, according to the relevant varieties of international and national standards, the safety testing system was developed based on gas-water pressure combined control, water temperature closed cycle and two level pressure vessel technology, which fulfilled the safety testing system featured with water pressure and temperature programmable and pressure dynamic stability for the safety test of electrically operated water valves. The results indicate that the system can complete the safety test for electrically operated water valves accurately and reliably.
