脉动流平均流量测量方法的研究*

摘要:为了解决平均流量测量影响作业段或研究区域内脉动流动效果的问题,借鉴脉动流发生和衰减机理,提出了一种成本低、操作简单的脉动流量平均值测量方法,主要包括风机入口前设置大管径引风段、入流方向与脉动发生器正交连接和在引风段设置测试点等3方面措施。搭建了相关的实验系统,并进行了测量研究。研究结果表明,简易脉动流量测量法能够同时保证作业区域内存在高效的脉动流动,测速区域内为稳态流动;对平均流量较高的脉动状态具有更好的测量效果。

Research of the measurement method on timeaverage flowrate for pulsating flow

Abstract: For measuring timeaverage flowrate of pulsating flow without damping the pulsation function in operation filed, an economical and simplified measurement method was proposed with design ideas on mechanisms of pulsation generating and damping, which was composed by arranging draft tube in large diameter before inlet of air blower, making inflow section connect to the chamber of pulsation generator vertically, setting testing position on the draft tube. Experimental system was set up for investigating the method. It is shown that this flowrate measurement method could satisfy the need not only for obtaining the timeaverage flowrate accurately but also for maintaining the pulsating flow working efficiently in the operation field. And better effect would be obtained for the pulsating flow in high timeaverage flowrate.
