一种新颖的混合无触点开关的研究

摘要:工业常用的电气投切开关有普通接触器和电力电子开关器件两种,前者容易造成切入涌流过大和断开时咬死的现象,而后者导通压降大,增加额外损耗。提出了一种新型的混合无触点开关,通过数字模拟电路的时序控制,利用辅助的电力电子开关来承受通、断电瞬间的强电瞬态过程,稳态后投入普通接触器代替前者运行。实验证明这种新型开关不仅在通、断电瞬间避免了火花、浪涌电流和电弧的产生,而且在稳态运行时消除了导通压降,达到了过零投切、低功耗和延长使用寿命的目的。

Design of A Novel Hybrid Non|Contacted Switch

Abstract: AC contactor and power electronic device are two popular electrical switch products. However, they still have several problems such as causing surge current and excess loss. To solve the problems, a novel hybrid non|contacted switch, which consists of a power electronic device and a common mechanical switch was presented. The former is used during the transient process of switch breaking and closing, and is substituted by the mechanical switch when it runs into steady status. Since the proposed switch could not only eliminate the transient spark、surge current and electrical arc, but also minimize the steady|state loss of switch itself, it could reach the anticipated merits of non|surge close、 non|electrical arc break and low loss.
