摘 要:给出了微小数字阀的测试平台,介绍了测试平台的原理及组成模块,MATLAB/Simulink环境下信号采集建模及参数设置,实验结果表明,基于BNC2090数据采集系统的测试平台,在步进电机的分级连续跟踪控制方法下,能够快速、方便地测出阀心的运动特性。

                       Test platform for micro electrohydraulic digital servo valve based on Matlab

Abstract: A test platform of micro electrohydraulic digital servo valve was given. The principle of the test platform and composition module were introduced, the signal sampling modeling was established and parameter was setted up, under the Matlab/Simulink environment. The experimental results show that the test platform based on BNC2090 data collecting system, can measure the movement characteristic of the valve spool fast and conveniently under the algorithm of continuous following control of stepper control.
