摘 要:在汽车防抱死制动系统的控制过程中,一般由电子控制单元控制二位三通高速开关电磁阀来实现制动轮缸压力的增压、保压和减压3种状态控制。为了提高系统响应速度和控制精度,采用PWM控制高速开关电磁阀的液压制动式防抱死制动系统,分析了高速电磁开关阀结构型式及工作原理、PWM信号控制的ABS系统以及PWM信号控制过程。

                Study of automobile ABS based on PWM control of high speed onoff solenoid valve

Abstract: In the work process of antilock braking system (ABS), two three contacts high speed onoff solenoid valve was controlled by the electronic control unit , to realize the brake wheel cylinder pressure turbocharged, guarantees presses and reduced pressure three kind of conditions controls. In order to enhance the process response speed and control precision, hydraulic ABS which used PWM to control the high speed onoff solenoid valve was researched. The control principle and the operational characteristic of high speed onoff solenoid valve were analyzed. The concrete application of PWM in automobile ABS was illustrated, and the control process of PWM signal was introduced.
