有轨输送车的精确定位控制

摘要：针对大型窑炉有轨输送车惯性大、要求平稳起动和制动、定位有选择且精度要求高的特点，阐述了大惯量有轨输送车起动和制动的控制方法，提出了采用变频调速技术实现有轨输送车有选择地精确定位的控制方案，并详细地叙述了其控制方法。实践表明，采用软起动和二次停车可完全满足大惯量有轨输送车的控制要求。

Exact positioning control of orbital truck

Abstract: Facing the characteristics for orbital truck, such as massive inertia, smooth starting and braking, selective positioning, and higher position accuracy, starting and braking control methods were introduced. The selective exact positioning control solution adopting variable speed adjustment technology was put forward. And the control methods were given in detail. The practice indicates that the method using soft starting and parking twice completely fulfills the control requirements for orbital truck.
