使用PSO寻优的遗传算法在配网重构中的应用

摘要:配电网具有闭环设计、开环运行的特点。提出了一种新的使用PSO加速寻优的遗传算法用于配电网重构,以减少网损。在重构优化过程中,采用了高频变异和消亡算子,能有效维持种群的多样性,避免算法早熟收敛。同时利用PSO更新个体的速度和位置,提高了收敛速度。对69节点系统重构,研究结果表明提出的算法具有较高的计算效率。

Applicaton of genetic algorithm with particle swarm optimization in distribution network reconfiguration

Abstract: Distribution networks are structurally meshed but radially operated. A novel artificial genetic algorithm (GA) with particle swarm optimization was proposed to reconfigure distribution network with loss minimization. Somatic hypermutation and immune recruitment operators were used to maintain the diversity of the population and prevent the optimization from prematurity. Furthermore, the particle swarm optimization was proposed to renovation the individuals velocity and position, and the speed of convergent were improved. The results of 69bus system reconfiguration demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has a highly computational efficiency.
