一种新颖的电机机械特性自动测试系统*

摘要:传统电机机械特性测试常采用人工加载方法,这一过程配合困难、测试时间长、精确度不高,有时甚至因此损坏电机及仪器设备。据此,提出了一种新颖的电机机械特性自动测试方法。给出了具体的系统结构线路图,在分析系统工作原理的基础上,详细介绍了特定参数的选取和该电机机械特性自动测试方法的工作流程,并通过实例给出了测试结果。该系统的特点在于结构简单,数据准确,可由计算机、网络实现安全、可靠的自动调节和测试,并可实现数据远距离传送和共享。

A novel automatic test system for motor’s mechanical characteristics

Abstract: A novel automatic test method for motors mechanical characteristics was proposed, according to the manual loading method of traditional testing is difficult to cooperate, testing time is long, precision is bad and motors, instruments and equipment are damaged in sometimes. Concrete structural circuit diagram of the automatic test system was presented, selection of specific parameter and work flow of the automatic test method were described in detail, based on analysis of system working principle. And testing results were presented via example. Brief structure and precise data are two features of the system. Secure and reliable automatic regulating and testing are implemented via computers and network. Moreover, distant communication and sharing of data are achieved.
