Wireless remote control system for DC motor used singlechip microcomputer

Abstract: In order to remote control onoff, rotation direction, and spindle speed of ventilation fans distributed megastructures, wireless remote control system of DC motor based on singlechip microcomputer was studied. The hardware structure, software design and control principle were analyzed in detail.SCM AT89S51 was used as the core of the control system. Wireless remote control technique and pulse width modulation(PWM) technique were used to control the motor. IR2108 was used as driver chip to design driver circuit. PT2262/PT2272 encoder and decoder were adopted in remote control unit. The research results show that the system has the characteristics of simpler structure, lower cost and higher reliability.
