CAE analysis of SGTN140 type of joint ploughing key component based on ANSYS

Abstract: In order to achieve intelligent agricultural machinery faster,CAE technology was investigated in the structural analysis of its key components. The driving shaft and gear boxs CAE structural analysis were carried out using ANSYS software, a complete structural analysis procedures and methods were proposed, and the driving shaft of the stress concentration and the inherent gearbox vibration frequency, vibration mode were obtained. The experimental results show that the analysis provides a strong theoretical and experimental evidence for structural design of agricultural machinery.
