Bus technology for liquid feeding device

Abstract: According to the problem with communication of PLC distributed control systems, a detailed introduction of correct choice of PLC in distributed control systems with a example of bus layout in automatic liquid feeding system was given, and the structure, elements and characteristic of PLC distributed control system based on PROFIBUS were also emphasized, application in automatic liquid feeding system was realized. At the last time, By the characteristics of PROFIBUS, such as high speed communications, agreements and opening up, signaling the reliability of digital and onsite advantages, it was applied successfully and the accuracy and security of the system control were increased. The research result shows that the analysis lays the foundation for the further research and designing.
