Research of product quality tracing based on production procedure documents for data cable company

Abstract: Based on analyzing the production procedure of data cable, a scenario of productionprocedure documentbuilding and information tracingback was propounded, in order to fulfill the requirements from customers and company to integrate the information and achieve the productquality traceability, as well as to improve the transparence of the production procedure. The workshop production procedure documentbuilding and tracingback system for data cable was designed and realized, some examples of the system were given out. The results indicate that the built production procedure document provides a feasible scheme for quality tracing.
