PLC special movement research based on DSP

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that motor motion control is difficult to realize by traditional CPU of programmable logic controller(PLC), a DSP PLC frame based on the form of ladder diagram interpretation and mechanism of step implement was proposed, and the motion control function was realized by a set of instructions with motion control features. The key technology of movement control function that forebackground dynamic(FBD) scheduling algorithm was also put forword. The experiment results show that the DSPPLC system can be used in motor control system, it does not only contain DSP high performance, but also reflect PLC graphic program characteristics, and its scheduling algorithm is simple and effective.
