Abstract:In order to research the dynamic and static performance of the solenoid valve consider electromagnetic characteristics, for the solenoid valve used in the design, the simulation model based on the application of AMESim and Ansoft Maxwell was established on the analysis of the structural parameters of solenoid and the dynamics of the solenoid valve. And pulse width modulation (PWM) input control signals were simulated under different duty cycle and frequency. Also the dynamic response and static performances such as noload flow and deadhead pressure were analyzed. Finally, the design methods and ideas of improving the efficiency and control precision of solenoid valve were put forward, and the simulation validation was done. The research results show that the study obtains more precise dynamic and static performance simulation results of the solenoid valve, and improves the efficiency and control precision.
