Detecting system of carbonsulfur analyzer based on multiple nonlinear regression method

Abstract:In order to analyze the content of carbon and sulfur elements in the metallic materials precisely and sensitively, a highfrequency infrared carbonsulfur analyzer was designed. The structure and operating principle of highfrequency infrared carbonsulfur analyzer was described, and the detecting subsystem was elaborated.The sensitivity of carbonsulfur analyzer was improved by using pyroelectric infrared sensors, ultranarrow band pass filter, lightcone with surface of goldplated and other key technologies. And the lightcone was vacuum packaged with the sensitive element to reduce the influence of interfering gases. The high linearity of carbonsulfur analysis was readized in the detection range, through using multiple nonlinear regression method to analyze a series of standard samples, and processing the data by linear calibration.The research results show that the detecting system performance is stably and highfrequency infrared carbonsulfur analyzer can analyze the content of carbon and sulfur elements in the metallic materials rapidly with high sensitivity and precision.
