Nonintrusive fault information obtainment of printed circuit board based on atspeed current testing

Abstract:For nonintrusive fault information obtainment of printed circuit board(PCB), an new method based on atspeed current testing was presented. The circuit under atspeed current testing worked on two alternative states by applying two alternative vectors to the circuit. And the fault information was obtained by measuring the average current flowing from VDD to GND of the power supply for the circuitundertest. SPICE simulation about a continuoustime statevariable filter circuit under the atspeed current testing, shows the feasibility of the atspeed current testing apply to the nonintrusive fault information obtainment and the atspeed current testing has good application prospects among the nonintrusive fault of printed circuit board.
