Controller of heat pump water heater based on WinCE

Abstract:Aiming at high cost,more hardware modules and the poor performance of remote monitoring of large heat pump water heater controller in the current market,a new heat pump water heater controller based on ARM9 and WinCE operating system was developed. Human-computer interaction,data acquisition and control unit were designed,taking S3C2410A and STM32F103VC as the cores of hardware platform. Application software was developed using EVC under Windows CE 5.0 embedded operating system. And the overall structure of the controller,the working principle of main modules and the method of applications design and programming essentials were elaborated. Practical application result indicates that the control system is easy for operation,has perfect function and stable in performance,and the control precision meets the requirements of needs.
