Design of electric actuator for high-speed UAVS

Abstract: In order to solve the technical requirements of electric actuator for high-speed UAVS,including small size, fast response and low noise, combined with a certain type of high-speed UAV system, a kind of servo control system was designed through to analog circuits way to realize rudder motor system PID regulation and the method of a discriminating proportional control in circuit was used to attain system frequency response requirements. Through the system control process curve analysis and actual flight testing,the results show that,the electric actuator satisfies the design requirements,reaches the high-speed UAV system of the requirements for rapid response.
