PLC distributed synchronous hydraulic system based on PROFIBUS

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the need of multipoint for synchronous lift in large structure objects engineering, the state instability in communication system, and the complexity in control system,a PLC distributed synchronous hydraulic system based on PROFIBUSDP was designed The communication mode of PROFIBUSDP was adapted, and a distributed system in reliable communication was established. Meanwhile, combined fuzzy P selfadaptive closedloop control and feedforward openloop control methods, the displacement synchronization in “equal basis way”was realized The experimental results show that the whole of control system designed has good features in good extensibility, stable communication that can be diagnosed, and synchronous precision within positive and negative 03 mm, which satisfies voice of engineer
