Multi-objective production planning and scheduling for order enterprise

Abstract: Aiming at the production planning problem of small quantities,order type,a new method of making multi-objective production planning,which used the dynamic input-output function,was proposed. Aiming at the production scheduling problem,a new method of solving hybrid flow-shop scheduling problem based on bybrid genetic algorithm(HGA) was proposed,as well as a new coding method for this problem. Corresponding crossover and mutation operators were given,too. The results indicate that,the planning method not only satisfies the randomness demand of the order enterprise,but also has higher efficiency. The coding method can easily keep the validity and randomness. The final example of some roll work is carried out,which shows that the methods of multi-objective production planning and scheduling are available.
