Abstract: In order to solve the problems of parts of sensor nodes ,which undertook a task for abundance data relay needing more energy so that it shortened the networks' lifetime and accelerated their death, the sink's mobility was investigated. After the analysis of locations of sink mobile nodes, the relationship among nodes about data transmission when sinks were in certain positions was established. A method about linear programming was presented to solve the problems. The sojourn time of all positions by using the simulated annealing algorithm was evaluated by the linear programming, the simulated annealing algorithm was tested. The experimental results show that it balances the load of nodes and lengthens the service lifetime of networks.
