Diaphragm metering pump flow error analysis and remote compensation

Abstract: Metering pump is a kind of metering equipment that can be adjusted according to the proportion. Aiming at solving the measurement precision error problem and the limitations of manual adjustment, flow errors caused by manufacturing process and the fluid viscosity coefficient were calculated and analyzed. A metering pump remote network control system based on CAN bus and ethernet was proposed. Protocol converters were used to connect strong realtime CAN fieldbus networks and long communication distance, high speed communication ethernet. Fuzzy control algorithm was proposed for realtime remote compensation and precise flow control. The experimental results indicate that the metering pump remote network control system has high stability and fast adjustment rate, can effectively improve the output accuracy.
