Complete sets of commercial refrigerators control
system based on wireless network WiFi

Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings of commercial refrigerators used in large hotels and supermarkets recently, such as poor effect of freshkeeping, bad food storage condition, dispatching management inconvenience, and so on, a new designed variablefrequency controller with barcode input function was proposed for complete commercial refrigerators. The controller was designed based on the DsPIC30f5013 chip, food information was obtained through an automatic barcode scanning module, a serial port to WiFi module was used for the problem of refrigerators networking. The terminal voltage waveform was analyzed to confirm the zerocrossing point and the accurate commutations were achieved. To improve the controller performance, the frequency conversion method of fuzzy control, fault selfdiagnosis and remind function were also presented in the software. The results indicate that the control system is effective and it has a great value of popularization.
