Design and development of type testing platform of multi-way valve

Abstract: Aiming at the analysis and design about the integrated test platform which applied to the type testing on hydraulic components, the hydraulic multi-way directional valve of forklift truck was taken as an example, through the analysis of the domestic manufacturers′ comprehensive test-bed design experience, which were mainly focused on the structural design, such as the quick joint, the process of testing, and application of sensor technology and so on. The functional modules of system was designed comprehensively, meanwhile, the LabVIEW software was used in computer to achieve the testing system of automatic control , displaying in real time for the test data and the collection and preservation, etc.. It′s been proved that, the test platform has used weighing measuring test results with high accuracy,the application of multiple sensor helps to display the real-time dynamic parameters of the system. The results indicate that, the test platform can not only meet the enterprise′s internal hydraulic components of various performance test, but also provide the testing services and quality certification for industry products.
