Abstract:Aiming at the Anqing copper auxiliary shaft electronic control system in the older equipment security and spare parts procurement difficulties and other issues,on the auxiliary shaft of the DC transmission system,the master control system and low-voltage distribution system were studied,a new ABB AC800M,DCS800 controller based on the hoist application on the system automation was presented,mainly by the host computer,the master,monitoring,transmission control,braking system structure,consisting of a whole
network via industrial Ethernet and Profibus DP and ModuleBus,to achieve a variety of security protection and automatic hoist deceleration semiautomatic operation. And PC monitoring system 800xA was used to real- time monitor system operation.The results indicate that the system high degree of integration,high control accuracy,security protection function,the system is reliable,low failure rate. Real-time fault diagnosis can enable maintenance personnel easy to grasp.
