 Control system of triprism blackboard flip based on STC89C52 MCU

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that traditional blackboard has single surface and isnt wiped, a triprism blackboard with the function of flip and handwriting clear was proposed. The design was based on STC 89C52 MCU, the software was written in C language. Double closedloop DC motor control system was applied to control speed of DC motor in order to stabilize the speed turnover of triprism blackboard, photoelectric encoder was applied to implement localization that the revolves 120 degrees of triprism blackboard. The cleaning of the writing of the triprism blackboard was realized by transmission mechanism of ballscrew. The results indicate that the control precision is improved by the speed regulation system and positioning system.
