Abstract:Aiming at comparing the result between one-way and two-way FSI numerical computation of Francis turbine runner,the accurate fluid field and structure field were modeled. Two conditions of low head,low speed and relatively high head,high speed of oneway and two-way FSI were simulated. The maximum pressure,velocity of the fluid field around the runner and the maximum stress,strain,total displacement of the runner in different simulation were compared. Based on the comparison and deeper analysis on the FSI formula,the results indicate that the stronger the fluid-structure interaction is in the one-way FSI numerical simulation,the larger the numerical error is. On same of fluid field,structure field,initial condition,boundary condition and mesh genaration,the value of one-way FSI is smaller than that of two-way FSI which is more accurate in theory on the same node,whatever in the fluid field or in the structure field.
