Abstract:Aimed at the shortcoming of the present parallel hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV)powertrain system coordination control,the study of Hybrid Electric Vehicle powertrain integrated control were carried out,an integrated powertrain system control method was proposed. According to the parts such as the engine,motor,battery,power coupler electronic control unitattributes(ECU)attributes and characteristics,each main components ECU model of the powertrain was built. On this basis the coordination framework of integrated
system was set up. Using system ECU real-time monitoring of the power unit ECU working condition and environment condition,in combination with logic threshold threshold control flow chart and state,determined the assembly system work mode. And the control strategy of the joint simulation was conducted under the environment of Matlab/Simulink and Cruise. The result indicate that PHEV powertrain integrated control strategy control effect is fine,effectively to adapt to the changes in the external condition,improved the working point of engine and reduced the fuel consumption,solved the assembly parts of power matching and coordination control problem.
