Abstract: Aiming at rich mineral resources of coastal sands, a new type of marine mineral processing equipment was dessgned based on jigging equipment。In the power and transmission structures, the hydraulic motor was used to replace the traditional motor, and the rack and pinion drive mechanism was used to optimize as to make it more fitting for electrical control, more convenient to operate the system to achieve the program, and meet the automated control of processing equipment.Meanwhile, in order to achieve adaptive control of different content for different ore mining ,therefore , designing autojigger system for beneficiation from a practical point of view to meet the requirements of production applications was imperative. Regarding loose bed degree as a control object, beating buoy bed height sensor detects and outputs required by jigging cycle curve PLC.Finally, according to the hydraulic system designed to control the operating parameters of the hydraulic motor to make processing equipment controlled.The results indicate that control system can achieve better control of operating parameters of the equipment, high efficiency, high reliability, wide application.
