 Detect system of vehicle wheel detection machine based on DSP

Abstract:Aiming at the Complex system and low accuracy of the traditional wheel detection machine,the mechanical structure and the
detection method of the detector were researched,the principle of the harmonic analysis method to realize the wheel run-out detection
was analyzed,a kind of wheel detection machine detection system based on DSP control technology was proposed. According to the
principle,a test platform of the detection system based on DSP was designed,and the experiments were performed by using the test
platform. The experimental result shows that the new wheel run-out detection machine can simplify the system,achieve the detection
system integration,while improving the detection accuracy,lays the good foundation for further implementation with automate testing.
