Abstract: Aiming at the practicality of piezoelectric materials as actuators to reduce the vibration, the smart materials as the sensing element and a driving element for vibration control was investigated, the model of piezoelectric selfsensing vibration was set up. After the analysis of piezoelectric selfsensing vibration, the feedback results were evaluated on the smart structural vibration control, the natural frequency of the system could be changed by changing the capacitance value and the damping ratio changed to provide feedback for the selfsensing,the model of piezoelectric selfsensing vibration was presented to do the experiment and simulation.The results indicate that the system can achieve a good selfsensing of the feedback effects and vibration control of smart structures.
