Abstract: Aiming at high surface quality requirements of automotive interior parts injection molding, The sequential injection molding (SIM) was used to improve the injection effect. After the analysis of the product, a mold two cavity hot runner mold scheme was established, and thus determine the lead out scheme of CAE analysis; through the CAE analysis, a concrete plan for sequential injection molding was put forward to eliminating weld lines and enhance the surface quality of products; The experimental results show that the surface quality of the products using SIM enhance obviously.
