Abstract: Aiming at solving the problems of the domestic flue gas channel industry′s poor production processes and the singlefunction and lessautomated making equipments, the raw materials, curing technology and mould of the products and the automatic control system was investigated, and its optional technology of the production process, equipments and automation implementation schemes were comparative analyzed. A method was presented that used ordinary Portland cement as raw materials and cured by steam after shaking and drawing water; the mould was improved designed to divide into two parts and the inner mould was auto scaling, the outer mould was also adjustable; developed a automatic identification system based on measuredistance laser sensor to identify the outer mould automatically. The productive results show that the control system based on PLC makes the production line realized the automation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic integration, and different types of products could be produced at the same time in one production line, at least 15 roots can be produced every hour of fast rhythm production, so the production efficiency and product quality stability are increased and the labor intensity and longrun cost is reduced.
