Abstract: Aiming at monitoring blind engine room area problem in the management, functions of the engine room equipment monitoring system, control characteristics were studied, the effective management of important equipment cabin was summarized. A wireless data acquisition system was provided, which can make the transmission through wireless rather than wire in short range. During working the wireless data acquisition system could send date to small mobile device quickly while collecting the data, especially suitable for the monitoring site which is hard to connection with wire. This system had been applicated in boiler steam monitoring system.The results indicate that it has the character of instantaneity and accuracy which can meet the requirements of monitoring on boiler steam temperature. In the end, the wireless data acquisition system based on Bluetooth 4.0 has technical feasibility and realistic significance.
