Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the driving personnel were affected by vibration and noise in automotive air conditioner running, a typicalautomobile air conditioner as the research object, through the test of automobile air conditioner noise level and analysis of noise and vibration signals, problems of the air conditioner shell vibration noise, inner loop mode to highlight were found, the optimization of its noise and vibration improve direction were carried on, a optimization design method based on finite element analysis was put forward. ANSYS analysis software was used to optimize the design process specific implementation. The results indicate that key components can effectively reduce stress concentration, reduce the vibration of the air conditioner is passed to the body, reduce the turbulent flow in the intake noise by automotive air conditioner modal analysis and optimization, vibration isolation system check analysis and CFD flow field analysis and optimization design. Implementation process is reasonable and orderly, the analysis of data is reliable,it provides specific optimization analysis method for the automotive air conditioner quality improvement and has high popularization value.
