Abstract: Aiming at the monitoring and controlling the state responses and each sensor′s signal feedback input of the active flutter control system of two dimensional wing model including ultrasonic motor, the SCI module and interrupt service settings of DSP were studied, and the data monitoring serial port communication interface was designed based on RS 232 communication protocol and Matlab Graphical User Interface. The problems of communication between microprocessor and PC, data of high speed communication between DSP and PC and signal real time processing were successfully solved by setting the SCI module of DSP controller and connecting it with the PC serial port. The interface for the relevant tests and performance evaluation were carried out on the active flutter control system of two dimensional wing model. The experimental results show the running stability of serial port control interface software. It can set different communication parameters and real timely control start stop of ultrasonic motor and the switch of the control law through data communication with SCI module of DSP system, and also can display the vibration waveform response curve of each sensor fast and accurately.
