Abstract: Aiming at the knitting precision and real time on the auto ray machine computer control system, the main controller, the data transmission circuit, needle selector drive circuit, the encoder signal acquisition circuit, and the selector positioning technology were researched. The hardware circuit design and the software realization were summarized. A design method of real time control system of the auto ray machine based on the cortex M3 core ARM processor was proposed, and it was systematic tested on the six color auto ray machine computer. The results indicate that the system is efficient and stable, whose data transmission is fast. Some calculated results show that the selector positioning is accurate and reliable, and the flower jacquard weave precision is high when the machine is running. It indicates that the system can meet control requirements, and has a certain market value.
