Mechanism research of tea carding process and processing equipment parameters optimization

Abstract: Aiming at solving the problem of low efficiency and poor quality and instability in tea carding process, the movement and force of the tea particles in hollowware of tea carding machine was studied. The dynamics theory model of the tea particle movement in hollowware was presented. The simulation experiment in tea carding process was carried out based on ADAMS. The influence of vibration frequency, vibration amplitude and the baffle's angle of hollowware on the effect of tea was analyzed. The shape and motion parameters of hollowware were optimized based on the result of experiment. The results indicate that the angle of the baffle has a great influence on the movement time of the tea along the hollowware, vibration frequency and amplitude of the hollowware have a significant influence on the apply work by friction in a cycle and the position of the tea particle when falling into the hollowware, the tea carding machine can improve the efficiency and quality of tea in tea carding process after parameter optimization.
